Please note: We require a deposit to hold your booking. We do ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you will not get your deposit back.

As we are a “NO RECEPTION” salon and are by appointment only, we ask that you to arrive ON TIME to your appointments and use the self check in iPad to let your therapist know you have arrived.

Running more than 10min late for your appointment may result in cancellation.

FaceHub is a child free salon.

Please do not bring young children to your appointment as it can be distracting for other guests and for our therapists to complete their work to the standard we pride ourselves on and want for you.

While we love to children, mums come to us to get away from their kids and the space is designed for adults only to enjoy that time out.

We also don’t have the space to accommodate prams so please be aware of this prior to booking so you can make arrangements accordingly.
